A completely new take on an existing ranch house. The client purchased the property for the view and location, and asked for a complete gut and remodel of this formerly depressing and neglected home. GSB tore out the featureless living spaces of the existing building and gutted most of the remaining structure - replacing the living spaces with a soaring new vault over a great room, a generous new entry foyer, covered patios, a peaceful courtyard entry, and sumptuous bathrooms and kitchen.
