Skidmore House
A renovation and master suite addition to a two bedroom ranch in Boise Elliot neighborhood. This dumpy little house was completely re-made with a new entry and porch in what had been the most unusable spot in the yard. The old front entry was sealed up, and the cramped living room, dining nook, and kitchen were joined into a modern great room. The previously unusable yard was leveled by surrounding it with a retaining wall, and topped with a modern fence, and a prominent entry to the property.
